I am a lifelong spiritual seeker.
I have passed through great suffering and incredible joy, absolute discipline and complete chaos, traveled the world alone and returned home only to discover that the meaning of this life is only to love and to give.
Our natural state is love.
It is so easy to return there if you only take the time.

-Durga Tiger School of Tantra Yoga and Shamanism Advanced Teacher Training 2021
- Facilitator at Holy Love Institute of Tantra Yoga Teacher Training 2020
-dedicated yoga practice (meditation, breath work and asana) since 2008
-Personal Tantra practice since 2017
-200h yoga certification with Progressive Ashtanga 2014
-100h yoga certification with Rocket 2013 & 2022
-2 year apprenticeship for Progressive Ashtanga in Barcelona (more than 1500hours of learning)
-7 years experience teaching teachers with Low Cost YTT Barcelona
-Trained in Shiatsu massage
-Participated in many medicine ceremonies including Ayahuasca, San Pedro and Temazcal(sweat lodge)
-Participated in a Shamanic Singing Circle
-Private mantra singing lessons
-Private Shamanism Study
